On December 28, 2021, BakoDx discovered potential unauthorized activity in their computer network. Upon discovery of this activity, BakoDx engaged a national forensic firm to investigate the incident and assist with remediation efforts.

BakoDx provides laboratory services to health care providers focused on skin, tissue and bone, from which you may have received services.
