Lyft stumbles after lawsuit claims the company misled investors in its IPO prospectus 

Lyft stumbled Monday following the news of a class-action lawsuit claiming it misled investors in its filing to go public. Shares dipped as much as 3.6% Monday before turning positive later in the day.
