Mr. Price received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Political Science focusing on International Relations. He graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he served on the Moot Court Honors Board and represented the school in appellate competitions.
Mr. Price clerked for the California Court of Appeal and then worked for a national non-profit firm working on behalf of disadvantaged communities prior to joining Potter Handy in 2012. Since then, Mr. Price has been involved in hundreds of disability rights cases, participating in all stages of litigation from inception through trial as well as appellate matters. Mr. Price is currently focused on handling appeals for the firm as well as managing post-judgment matters.
In addition to disability rights cases, he is also involved in employment and class action litigation.
Mr. Price is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association.
