Mark Potter is a named partner at Potter Handy, LLP. He has handled scores of successful trials and appeals in state and federal courts. Mr. Potter is a recognized authority, and has been consulted by judges and interviewed on CNN. He is the former secretary of the Californian’s for Disability Rights.

RUSSELL HANDY

Russell Handy is one of the named partners at Potter Handy, LLP and concentrates on its litigation and appellate work. He has litigated over a thousand cases, handled scores of successful trials and argued in front of state and federal appellate courts on more than 40 occasions. In May of 2009, he argued in front of the California Supreme Court.

Isabel Masanque earned her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine and received her J.D. from California Western School of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2012. During law school, Ms. Masanque served as an associate editor for the California Western Law Review.

Chris Carson received a B.A. in English Literature from California State University, Bakersfield. Prior to going to law school, she worked as a newspaper reporter in Kern County, where she reported on city government and law enforcement. Ms. Carson graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law.
